Legal Terms for Commercial License
This is a limited commercial license. By purchasing this commercial license, you will have commercial use of one design only even if you only intend to use one item from the design.. For commercial use, you must purchase the design and the commercial license. Please note that if you purchase coordinating element pack and paper pack (meaning they have the same name) you only need to purchase ONE license and it will apply to both. No designs are included with the commercial license download; all designs must be purchased separately. Once a commercial license is purchased for that design, you may then use that design as often as you like, and as follows:
-This license is for personal or small, home-based businesses only and not for large businesses or re-distributors for large production.
- Once you have purchased and downloaded the commercial license, please place the commercial license in the folder that the design applies to, for future reference.
- This license is non-transferable. You may not redistribute the designs or license to anyone else - please direct them to my designs. You may not change the design the license applies to.
- Designs may be altered such as size and color, however, neither the original nor the altered designs may be redistributed or claimed as your own.
- All products made from my designs, such as creating a digital scrapbook page or album, cards, invitations, candy wrappers, and other paper crafts, to sell to others for your own profit (scrap-for-hire), must be distributed in a printed (hard-copy) format or non-layered jpg.
- You may use these graphics on your own personal web site; however, you must set-up the designs so that people visiting your site cannot save the designs.
- No part of the designs may be used for obscene, defamatory, immoral works, or any other use prohibited by law.
- This license does not expire.
